TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing any artwork from me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to the following conditions.
1. USAGE POLICY
> DO NOT claim that you have made the artwork yourself.
> I DO NOT allow any of my artwork to be used as NFT or to train AI programs. If my artwork was found being used for AI or NFT, it will be canceled and the commissioner will no longer have ownership over that product, no refund.
> You are allowed to used the final product for animation rigging such as Spine, Live 2D, After Effects.
> You are allowed to make adjustment to the final product yourself (such as liquify, painting over small details, applying effect layers or color filter,...) but you MUST state that you have altered it, posting the original alongside is optional but will be appreciated.
> I will post the final product online, if you want the commission to be a private one, there will be a 20% extra charge.

2. PAYMENT
> Payment via Kofi or PayPal.
> For Vietnamese customers, I accept bank transfer.
> No cancellation or refund after the sketch has been approved. Refunds will be an option where completion is delayed beyond the negotiated deadline.
3. PROCESS
> Sketch > 50% payment > Final > The rest of the payment
> Commissioned work takes at least 2 weeks to complete.
> If there isn't a specific deadline, the time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months.

> Edit after Flat Colored: +2$ for each edit> For Illustrations Commissions, please have your references for poses or ideas that you have in mind prepared.> For Design Commissions: Please give me a clear description of the character's aesthetic/vibes so my design for your character won't be OOC. I will be showing you the process of designing.
> Instruction on GACHA Design Commissions: You give me your character and their description, I give you a full design and I won't be showing you the process, you can make little to no changes to finalize the design.> Feel free to contact me and ask if you have more questions.
